Procoat
Procoat technology employs an impregnated coating system that is applied using our Wet Side Film coating method, which significantly reduces surface penetration from the top of the pavers. This system creates dirt and water-repellent surfaces, enhancing and protecting the color while providing a special aesthetic and functional surface. The benefits of Procoat include increased durability, resistance to oil, and ease of cleaning. Additionally, Procoat products can be over-coated, making them versatile for various applications. The Procoat system ensures that our pavers remain vibrant and durable, offering long-lasting performance and visual appeal.
Prosheild
Prosheild technology takes protection a step further by incorporating a hydrophobic agent into both the base mix and face mix of our pavers, resulting in reduced penetration from all sides. Like Procoat, Prosheild products undergo the Wet Side Film coating process, but with added benefits. This system reduces water absorption, enhances durability, and minimizes efflorescence, ensuring our pavers maintain their integrity and appearance over time. Prosheild also provides resistance against oil, ease of cleaning, and the ability to be over-coated.
The inclusion of Gabbro aggregates on both the face and base, combined with our environmentally friendly, water-based application technology, underscores our commitment to sustainability.
